Police in the Ashanti Region have arrested a man after discovering suspected human skull powder in his possession, raising concerns about illegal occult activities and the trafficking of human body parts.
The suspect, whose identity has not been disclosed, was apprehended by officers from the Ashanti Regional Police Command following intelligence about suspicious activities in a local community. Upon searching the individual, police found finely ground powder believed to have been made from a human skull. The material was seized and taken into custody for further forensic examination.
Authorities are investigating how the powder was obtained and whether it involves grave desecration or other criminal acts. The suspect is expected to provide information regarding the source and intended use of the substance, as police continue to piece together the circumstances surrounding the case.
The discovery has alarmed residents in the area, who expressed shock and demanded swift action from law enforcement. Many emphasized that incidents involving human body parts are deeply troubling and undermine the safety and moral fabric of communities.
