The head and principal elders of the Loweh Adainya Royal Clan of New Ningo, lawful custodians of the Loweh Adainya Stool hereby formally notify the general public, all traditional authorities, governmental bodies and relevant institutions that Mr Henry Siaw Djangmah, formally known by the stool name- Nene Teye Djangmah IV has been lawfully and customarily distooled in accordance with the customs traditions and usages governing the Stool of the Loweh Adainya Royal Clan of New Ningo, a release to the president of Ningo Traditional Council, Old Ningo and signed by Numo Isaac Narh Zutah, head of family, Loweh Adainya Clan has confirmed.
The release stated “This distoolment became necessary following repeated and flagrant breaches of the established customs of the Loweh Adainya Stool, acts of misconduct, and other violations deemed inconsistent with the dignity, responsibility and solemn oath of the chieftaincy.”
It added “After thorough deliberations, the head and principal elders of Loweh Adainya Clan of New Ningo duly performed all responsinle distoolment rites, thereby bringing to a definite end of the status, rights and authority of Nene Teye Djangmah IV as occupant of the Loweh Adainya Royal Stool.”
